Almonds
Heart healthy crunchy almonds with
the
great taste of roasted garlic!

Pasta with Green Beans and Almonds
INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:
Place almonds on baking sheet. Toast in oven at 300 degrees for 3 minutes or
until lightly browned. Set aside.
In skillet, over medium heat, saute onion and
garlic in water for 3 to 4 minutes. Add beans; cook 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes;
stir to blend. Add parsley and cook for 1 or 2 minutes longer or until heated
through.
Combine vegetables and cooked pasta; toss. Sprinkle with toasted
almonds and freshly ground pepper.
Makes 4 servings.
