Q: I have questions before I order, may I speak to someone about them?

A: Yes, you may! Half Nuts is open Tuesday through Sunday, and we have a store staffed by friendly people who can answer your questions before you place an order. Feel free to call us at any time we're open, at 414-476-6887. Our store hours are listed on the bottom of every page on our website!

 

Q: What happens if one of my ordered items is out of stock?

A: We do our best to keep our website updated in the event that we are out of stock on an item. If the unlikely happens and we are out of your item, we will call you and/or email you and give you several options. We will let you know our best estimate of when your product should return to stock, and you may choose what we do with your order. We can (1) Hold your order until the item is back in stock or (2) Ship the rest of your order, and refund the out of stock item , or finally (3) Refund the entire order. We can also let you know if we have a similar product that might suit your needs. It doesn't happen very often that we are out of regular stock.

 

Q: May I cancel an order after I've placed it?

A: You may cancel or change your order if you call us and let us know before we process your order. Half Nuts strives to ship every order within 24 hours, so your order is processed quickly. Please call us at 414-476-6887 immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

 

Q: May I return products that I've already received?

A: We strive to provide quality service and products, but we aren't perfect. If we make the error, we will resend your order as well as cover the shipping costs. We’re here to learn from our mistakes.

Please note that credit will not be issued on orders returned more than three (3) days after customer receipt as verified by UPS tracking number.

Our products are perishable, so we DO NOT accept returns. If you receive the incorrect product or the item is damaged, contact us within 3 days after receipt of your package. We will either issue a refund or replace the item at no extra charge. We cannot accept returns due to customer error.

 

Q: What do you do with my personal information?

A: Your personal information is for our use only! We use your phone number only if we need to call you with questions about your order, and we use your email address so that you can receive a shipping confirmation. Period.
