5/28/25 Candy Raisin Update

 The response to the news that candy raisins are returning has been overwhelming, and the interest and demand have been truly remarkable! We have taken orders for over 1,000 pounds, and the orders keep coming.

 To fulfill the existing orders in a timely and organized manner, we have decided to stop accepting new orders until we receive the candy raisins. It will take our elves a few days to ship out all the orders, at which point we will reopen ordering. It won't be long now! Thank you for your patience.

ORDERS FOR STORE PICKUP DO NOT NEED TO BE PRE-ORDERED. WE ARE ACCEPTING PRE-ORDERS FOR SHIPPING ONLY. THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT HALF NUTS, EXCLUSIVELY.

THE NEW CANDY RAISINS WILL BE IN BY THE 4TH OF JULY AT THE LATEST.

PREORDERS THAT CONTAIN OTHER ITEMS WITH CANDY RAISINS WILL BE HELD UNTIL THE CANDY RAISINS ARRIVE AND WILL BE SHIPPED OUT TOGETHER.

• Five-pound bags will be discounted by 10%.
• A case of candy raisins is 30 lbs and will be discounted by 15%.
• If you need your order in one-pound bags, please note that when you check out. This does not apply to discounted five-pound orders or case orders; they will be shipped in five-pound bags.
  
  5/1/25 Lake Country Candies, the owner of the original Ziegler/Stark Candy candy raisins® recipe, is now under new ownership. This marks a new era for candy raisins with a fresh manufacturer. We will accept pre-orders for shipping that will be fulfilled as soon as the candy raisins become available. Half Nuts will be selling them exclusively before Lake Country Candies officially launches, which will happen sometime in July.

The samples we've received are notably different from the previous version... they are soft and chewy!

This classic chewy ju ju candy features the wrinkled top of a real raisin, but the flavor. Candy raisins are a nostalgic treat originally found only in Wisconsin, with a taste as unique as the candy lovers themselves!
